PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by Cash on Delivery (valid only for Greece)

With the cash on delivery method, we send you the products and you pay the courier in cash upon delivery/receipt.

The cash on delivery service has an additional charge of 3 euros.

The deposit slip must include the ORDER NUMBER, which is communicated to you upon completion of the order, and your FULL NAME.

Payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card

koart.gr allows you to make your purchases online via credit, debit and prepaid cards. Our company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron credit cards.

We remind you that our store does not store your credit card details in any way.

The process is carried out and completed through a banking institution with which we cooperate and which provides all the necessary security guarantees for electronic transactions. Your transactions in our online store are protected as they are carried out in the secure environment of online banking systems which guarantee a secure transaction environment in many large companies worldwide.


We draw your attention to the following:

Before confirming your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized with a hold for the total amount in order to make the corresponding hold for the product(s) that we will send to you. This hold will be valid for a period of 6 days, if for any reason your order is not completed, then it will be automatically canceled. However, for some credit cards that are not technically possible to pre-authorize at this stage, the final charge of the total amount will be made. In case of successful pre-authorization, the final charge of your card will be made upon shipment of the products to you.

In the event that a problem arises in the pre-approval or final billing of the entire amount, the responsible employee from our company's customer service department will contact you, at the telephone numbers you have provided to us (through your order request), in order to discuss this matter with you.
In the event that it is not possible to contact you in this way, an e-mail will be sent to the email address you have provided to us through your order request so that you can contact us.

Finally, if neither of the two communications is possible for any reason, for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, then your order request is automatically canceled and you will have to resend your request to us. In this case, however, our company will send you a relevant message canceling your order request to the email address you have provided to us.

Payment via PAYPAL

Payment with PAYPAL is made under the strict transaction terms provided by the PAYPAL company.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments within Greece are subject to a shipping fee of 3.5 euros per order (Free with purchases of 50 euros and above). Cash on delivery for shipments within Greece has an additional charge of 3 euros. The courier company we work with is Easy Mail. In the event that the area you live in is not served by the Easy Mail network, we have the responsibility to send your order to you in an alternative way, again with free shipping costs for you.

Shipments to Cyprus are subject to a shipping cost of 15 euros per order with a shipping time of 2-3 business days (Free with purchases of 85 euros and above) and are shipped via Easy Mail.

All orders are shipped by our company the next business day from the day you placed your order. Orders within Attica are shipped with the courier company Easy Mail and are delivered in 1-2 business days. Orders in the rest of Greece are shipped with the courier company Easy Mail and are delivered in 2-3 business days. Orders in Cyprus are shipped with the courier company Easy Mail.

RETURN METHODS

RETURN REQUEST

Before returning a product, you must inform our company by phone or e-mail, so that you can be given the appropriate instructions for your case.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At koart.gr you have the right to request a refund within 15 days from the date of receipt. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt for the purpose of checking the deadline.

The product to be returned must be accompanied by the product return - exchange form and the retail receipt enclosed in the packaging you received, selecting the "refund" option.

The refund will be made by depositing the money into the bank account that you have indicated to us in the product return-exchange form. In the refund, you will be charged the product return costs of 6 euros. The deposit of the amount will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

Return costs for shipments to Cyprus are borne by the recipient. Return of goods is at the customer's expense with shipping and return costs.

However, it is clarified that in order to get your money you must:

- The date of receipt of your first order should not exceed 15 calendar days.

- The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and must not have suffered any damage or other defects. The inner packaging (box) must always be adequately protected. In case of damage to our outer protective bag, you can use one of your own choice.

- The product must be in its original packaging when it was received by you.

- Special markings (tags and barcode) must not have been removed.

- Be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt or invoice, product return-exchange form). Attention!! In the case of an invoice, it is also necessary to issue a shipping form.

CASES OF CHANGES

- Change in color or size: then the first reshipment is FREE for shipments within GREECE. For any subsequent reshipments that may occur, you will be charged 6 euros in shipping & return costs.

- Replacement or addition of a new item: the first reshipment of the package is FREE for shipments within GREECE. For any subsequent reshipments that may occur, you will be charged 6 euros for shipping & return costs.

- Company error: re-shipment shipping costs are borne by the company regardless of the original amount of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you wish to cancel an order, before the product is delivered, you must contact us immediately by phone or e-mail within 24 hours from the moment your purchase is completed electronically.

After delivery, it is not possible to cancel the order, however you can you exercise the right of withdrawal, which is discussed above.
